  • RECEPTIONIST

Program: 08:00 – 18:00
Position type: Full Time

Position Summary
The Receptionist supports the culture and climate of Chisinau International Preschool by being the first staff member encountered by all who enter the school. This position requires a welcoming and supportive attitude toward families, visitors, and staff always.

Requirements
University degree. Romanian, Russian and English languages.
Efficient in administrative tasks and computer software such as Microsoft Office, general computer skills are required, with the ability to learn and apply new technologies.

Duties and Responsabilities
Responsible for receiving visitors, which includes understanding the purpose of their visit, and guiding them to appropriate staff.
Answer and direct incoming calls.
Be in close contact with staff, parents, and children.
Keeping in order students and internal files.
Must be courteous, proactive, friendly, team-oriented and organised.

  • AFTER SCHOOL TEACHER

Program: 15:00 – 18:00
Position type: Part Time

Chisinau International Preschool (CHIPS) is seeking an experienced AFTER SCHOOL TEACHER. The environment is designed to be conducive to learner-centered teaching and learning practices. We are looking for enthusiastic, imaginative, and energetic individuals, capable of helping children in the age range of 3 to 6 years reach their full potential. If you are passionate about teaching kids, fun, creative, and outgoing then this job is for you!

Responsabilities
Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children
Employ a variety of educational techniques to teach children
Observe each child and help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments
Foster a positive and healthy learning environment
Supervise children and ensure they are safe at all times
Track children’s progress and report to parents
Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background
Collaborate with other educators
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards

Requirements
Certification in education or experience as a Teacher
Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
Excellent communication and instructional skills
Ability to act as a mediator between children
Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable, great love and patience for children
