Tuition Fees



Tuition Fees at Chisinau International Preschool (2024/2025)

CHIPS charges an Annual Fee for each student per academic year, payable in full or on a termly basis in advance, upon receipt of enrolment confirmation by the school and signed agreement.
Families can choose a half-yearly or annual tuition payment plan. The tuition fee must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.



Tuition Fees Policy

Our tuition fee is an annual amount, paid as one payment. However, the school may allow for tuition to be paid in two installments for two terms. Tuition does not vary according to the number of school days in any particular month; all school holidays have been factored into the annual tuition.
We do not pro-rate any portion of the tuition fee and do not offer refunds due to missed classes, illness, vacation, school holiday, or personal schedule conflicts.



Cancellation and Refund Policy

Withdrawal from the school is permitted up to 10 days before the start of the term with a 75% refund.  After that, no refunds will be processed. All requests for cancellation and refunds must be submitted in writing and emailed to info@chips.md.




Force Major

If due to an impediment the remote learning process continues for a period of more than 10 working days, CHIPS will grant the Client with a 100 EUR non-refundable credit for the respective month that can be used in the following CHIPS programs. If such impediment continues for more 30 calendar days, the provisions of this point shall apply accordingly.




Discount Policy

CHIPS offers a sibling discount to families who have two or more siblings enrolled concurrently at the school. Families with two students at the school at the same time, receive a 10% discount on the younger student. Families with three students at the school receive a 10 % discount on the second student, and a 5% discount on the third student, enrolled simultaneously.  Discount is not applied for:
  • Enrollment fee
  • Activity fee
  • Afterschool program
If the tuition fee is paid full until 15th of June, no registration fee will be applied.

Payment Conditions

– Invoices are sent electronically to the given email address provided to CHIPS. By sharing the email address, parents/guardians give their consent to receive invoices by email. Parents/guardians shall ensure that emails from CHIPS can be received at the e-mail address provided at any time and that firewalls, spam filters or similar settings are adjusted accordingly. If parents/guardians fail to fulfil this obligation of notifying changes regarding their email address, deliveries of invoices to the last notified e-mail address shall still be considered valid.
– Payment must be made in MDL only in cash /transfer or by card.
– Payment must be made according to CHIPS’s bank details as stated on the invoice.
