Students will find themselves involved in fine motor activities like painting, or Play-Doh, constructing using tools like blocks or Legos and solving puzzles to develop their cognitive abilities. Our teachers occasionally employ tools like worksheets, rhymes, and songs to reinforce the children’s understanding of the subject matter being covered in class.

Our after-school children then engage in a gross motor activity! Children can play on our playground and work out their muscles by climbing, running, or kicking a ball. Students will participate in intense motor exercises indoors if the weather prevents outdoor play.

Each student will have a chance to ask questions regarding the books the teacher is reading as the teacher reads. Reading aloud and listening to music helps your child’s cognitive and language development. In their library centers, students will also enjoy independent reading time. With their peers, your child will participate completely in educational activities. It will soon be time for you to pick up your child after all this excitement!
