Admission Policy 

Pending available space, CHIPS accepts applications throughout the school year. Your child’s age by November 1st helps determine class placement. CHIPS staff will determine the child’s class placement, taking into consideration your child’s age, development, and prior school experience.

How to Apply

Step 1: Submit the Enrollment Application Form.
Please email info@chips.md for enrollment forms. Please send them to us electronically, or submit in person to our administrative office.

Step 2: Submit Additional Forms and Documents.

Step 3: Placement.
The family will be informed regarding their child’s class placement at CHIPS.

Step 4: Payment of Registration Fee
Families who accept admission must pay the non-refundable registration fee to secure a place at CHIPS. 

Tuition and payment schedule

Parents pay the registration fee at the time of enrollment to confirm the child's place in CHIPS.
The entry fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full. Families can choose a half-yearly or annual tuition payment plan. The tuition fee must be paid in accordance with the agreed payments schedule.
